What kind of protein do you use in your protein drinks?

We used the highest quality protein in our drinks. Our concentrate (liquid) protein drinks are derived from collagen (bovine) and our powders from a combination of collagen and whey protein. Our collagen is sourced from pasture-raised, grass-fed cows. We use Type I and III collagen. 

Should I check with my doctor before I take these nutrients?

It is recommended that you consult with your healthcare practitioner before starting a new supplement or when making changes to your diet. 

Which products are in The Big 3?

The combination of products commonly referred to as "The Big 3" are:

  1. Corti-Trim
  2. MRC-6
  3. Phentratrim Plus

Enhancer is sometimes used as a substitute for Phentratrim Plus.

This bundling of products is also referred to as "The Maximizers"

Will my products expire?

Yes, our products do expire. Every bottle is labeled with a unique expiration date that has been stamped onto the bottle. Do not use products that have expired. 

What are the dosage requirements?

Different supplements have different dosage requirements. Every supplement bottle provides instructions for consumption located on the label. Customers are asked to follow label instructions unless otherwise directed by your physician or health professional. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Why can't I take one pill a day to get everything I need?

Although many companies might try to convince you that you can get a whole day's worth of vitamins in one tablet, studies overwhelmingly show that this is not possible. Think of all the vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, herbs, and other compounds that can support healthy bodies - there's simply no way to squeeze all of that into one tablet (well not one that you'd be able to swallow anyway!). Our bodies are able to absorb a finite amount of nutrients at a time. For this reason, many of our produts are designed to be taken more than once a day.

Enter the email address associated with your customer account. You will be sent an email with a temporary password. You can create a new password of your choosing inside your customer account under the "Change Password" menu button.

Do I need to be a member of a center to place an order online?

The Metabolic Web Store is open to the public! Anyone can purchase products through the Metabolic Web Store regardless of your status with an MRC center.

Orders, Shipping, and Returns

Do you ship to APO / Military addresses?

At this time we are not able to ship to APO addresses.

Do you ship to California?

At this time we are unable to ship to California. 

Do you ship to Canada?

At this time we are unable to ship to Canada. We are able to ship to residences, businesses, and PO Boxes within the United States, with the exception of California.

What is your return policy?

To qualify for possible credit/refund:

  • All return/refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product
  • Products must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of any products which have been opened or partially consumed.
  • Products must have been purchased directly from EMETABOLIC, INC, at retail price
  • Products and materials to be refunded must be returned to EMETABOLIC, INC. in most cases. This is at the discretion of EMETABOLIC, INC. Returned products are inspected for Lot # and/or dates on bottles for quality assurance purposes, and then discarded.
  • Purchasers must contact us via email prior to returning any product and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any returned product must be accompanied with a written explanation for return and a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase.

All Shipping (including insurance) and handling charges from the Original Invoice of the returned products are non-refundable.

The Purchaser is responsible for any shipping and shipping insurance charges for returning the products safely to EMETABOLIC, INC. in instances where EMETABOLIC, INC. is not at fault for the return.

Any reimbursements will be made via the same payment method chosen by the Purchaser when the product was purchased. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

What should I do when the package or seals are broken?

Should your package arrive damaged or tampered with, do not take the supplements. Please contact us right away to discuss the arrival condition of your package and product(s) and we will arrange returns as needed. Please email us at if you have any questions. We are happy to replace unsealed or damaged product for you.

Where can I find my order confirmation and tracking?

If you have a customer account, you can view all order history and information in your customer account. 

If you did not receive your invoice or tracking number emails, please check your junk/spam folder as well as your "updates" or "promotions" tabs in your inbox. Emails are sent to email addresses exactly as they are entered with your order. If your email address was entered with a typo, then your confirmation emails will  not be able to be sent to your correct email through our automated system.

Prices, Promotions, and Gift Cards

Do you offer gift certificates for these products?

Yes, Gift Certificates can be purchased in any amount from the gift certificate page under "Accessories" or by clicking here.

The certificate will be emailed to the recipient after payment has been processed.

Gift certificates purchased online are usable only for purchases made through (the Metabolic Web Store). Online gift certificates cannot be accepted and used for payment in any brick and mortar MRC offices.
