Why are Metabolic Research Center brand vitamins and supplements better than other brands?

Metabolic Research Center's formulations were created using the latest scientific studies as the basis for the types of ingredients and the amounts that go into our products. Many companies use only trace amounts of the ingredients used in much higher quantities in scientific studies. MRC works hard to make sure you're getting the right amounts of the ingredients, making it worth the time and money you invest in your health.

What are the dosage requirements?

Each supplement will have different dosages, which are included on the label for each product. Customers are asked to follow label instructions unless otherwise directed by their physician.

What should I do when the package or seals are broken?

Should your package arrive damaged or tampered with, do not take the supplements. Please contact us right away to arrange to return the product to us. Please email us at if you have any questions. We will be happy to replace it for you.

Should I check with my doctor before I take these nutrients?

As with any change to your diet, we recommend you speak with your health care professional before starting any new weight loss program.

If I eat properly, do I need to take vitamins?

Most of us don't get sufficient levels of all the nutrients needed to keep our bodies functioning at optimal levels. Notice we said OPTIMAL levels. You certainly can get by on less than perfect nutrition, but you won't feel and perform your best. Our modern lifestyles include less fresh food and more processed ones, which are often depleted of important nutrients. Supplements are an easy way to add on that extra level of nutrition we might be missing. But remember, supplements are just that - an addition to, not a replacement for - what you are already eating.

When is the best time to take supplements? Can they be taken together?

Here at Metabolic Research Center, we designed our supplements to be compatible with each other AND with your active lifestyle. They can be taken together. Unless otherwise stated on the bottle, the supplements can be taken whenever it is most convenient to you. It's best if they are taken at the same time each day. If you take them on an empty stomach and experience any sort of digestive discomfort, you can try splitting them up evenly throughout the day with meals.

Why can't I take one pill a day to get everything I need?

Although many companies might try to convince you that you can get a whole day's worth of vitamins in one tablet, in reality that's not possible. Think of all the vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, herbs and other components that can make you healthier, and you'll realize there is no way to fit them into one tablet. There is also a finite amount of nutrients that can be absorbed at once, which is why many of our products are designed to be taken more than once a day.

What is your return policy?

To qualify for possible credit/refund:

O  All return/refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product.

O  Products must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of any products which have been opened or partially consumed.

O  Products must have been purchased directly from EMETABOLIC, INC, at retail price

O  Products and materials must be returned in most cases, but at the discretion of EMETABOLIC, INC, (we analyze returned products including lot# and/or date on bottles for quality assurance purposes, and then discard the product).

O  Purchasers must contact us via email prior to returning any product and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any returned product must be accompanied with a written explanation for return and a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase.

2.  All Shipping (including insurance) and handling charges from the Original Invoice of the returned products are non-refundable.

3.  The Purchaser is responsible for any shipping and shipping insurance charges for returning the products safely to EMETABOLIC, INC.

4.  Any reimbursements will be made via the same payment method chosen by the Purchaser when the product was purchased. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

Do I need to be a member of a center to place an order online?

Our web store is open to the public. Anyone can purchase products without being a member or signing up.

What kind of protein is in the concentrate drinks?

We used the highest quality protein in our drinks. Our concentrate protein drinks are derived from collagen (bovine) and our powders from whey protein.

Which products are in The Big 3?

The combination of products commonly referred to as The Big 3 are:

Enhancer is sometimes used as a substitute for Phentratrim Plus.

I did not receive an order confirmation email or my tracking number. How can I find these?

If you have a customer account, please click the head logo in the top right or on the account link on your mobile menu. Once you have logged in your order history will show up on your account page. You will be able to view your invoice and tracking number for past orders.

If you did not receive your invoice or tracking number emails, please check your junk/spam folder as the emails may be located there. If you use Gmail, the emails may be located in your "updates" or "promotions" tabs. You also may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing.
