All of our orders are shipped via FedEx and are trackable online. Our standard flat-rate shipping is $5 per order using FedEx Ground shipping.
If you require faster shipping, you can chose either FedEx Express Saver or Standard Overnight shipping, at an additional cost, with guaranteed delivery times and tracking numbers. Shipping upgrades are available during checkout.
All orders over $99 receive FREE FedEx Ground shipping.
Please allow between 2-10 business days for FedEx Ground delivery.
Orders generally ship in 1-2 business days, and may ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 2:00 p.m. EST. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible, however part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.
Please note that the first day FedEx picks up your order from our warehouse does not count towards the "1-3 business days" shipping time for FedEx Express Shipping as the package is only picked up and brought to a local FedEx facility for sorting.
Our office is open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST, so any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be fulfilled on the next business day.
If you have a special delivery request you must make that request directly with FedEx. Once your order ships and you receive your tracking number, click on the tracking link and then on that page click on the purple button that says "Customize Delivery". From there you will be given the option to do things like Change Delivery Address (service charge may apply), Hold At a Location (free) which can be either your local FedEx office or Walgreens, Albertsons or Kroger, Deliver to Another Address (service charge may apply) or Provide Delivery Instructions (free). You may need to sign up for a free FedEx Delivery Manager account to make these requests or changes.
Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address entered at checkout on your order. The Metabolic Web Store and FedEx are not responsible for packages delivered to addresses which were entered incorrectly by a customer. Please carefully review the invoice emailed to you after placing your order. A fee will be charged for address changes while an order is in transit via FedEx.
We do not ship to APO/FPO/Armed Forces/Military Base addresses at this time.
At this time, we are only able to accept and ship orders within the United States (USA). We cannot accept any international orders.
