Carry them in your car!
I don't eat out a lot but when I do I always have these handy in my car. It makes me feel better knowing I can take these before an unexpected, or expected, eating out meal. I'm going on a cruise in a couple of weeks and a bottle of these will definitely be in my suitcase.

It helps
I always take the recommend dosage right before I leave to go to the restaurant and i end up selecting a smaller entree because I am not as hungry. I also get full faster when I take them with lots of water.

Blessing when traveling
Fat And Carb blocker really helps when you travel and get out of your normal diet routine. I can certainly tell the difference when I take them and when I don’t. Helps digestion. Food won’t weigh you down
