Ordering Information Model
Browse through our departments using the navigation menu on the top of the page. When you find a product that you would like to purchase, click the product and then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

You can edit quantities of products on the Shopping Cart page. After you modify your order on the shopping cart page, be sure to click on the update button to the right of the quantity box to effect the changes.

Once you have finished your product selections, click on the ‘Checkout’ button on your Shopping Cart page. You can still delete or add items until you finalize your payment.

At the checkout page, you will be asked to enter your delivery and payment details. You can pay by credit card online and your credit card details are securely transmitted using industry standard SSL encryption technology. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards as well as Debit Cards displaying the Visa logo. We also accept PayPal for quick, secure checkout.

Shipping costs will be automatically added to your order and are visible at checkout. You will be given options to pay for faster delivery methods if desired.

Tracking your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing your FedEx tracking number which will allow you to track your shipment and view an accurate delivery time and date. You may also email us to request an update on your order delivery.


Return Policy

1. To qualify for possible credit/refund:

a.  All return/refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product.

b.   Products must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of any products which have been opened or partially consumed.

c.  Products must have been purchased directly from Emetabolic, Inc (weightlossmrc.com) at retail price.

d.  Products and materials must be returned in most cases, but at the discretion of Emetabolic, Inc (weightlossmrc.com). We analyze returned products including lot# and/or date on bottles for quality assurance purposes, and then discard the product.

e. Purchasers must call 1-855-346-2391 prior to returning any product. Any returned product must be accompanied with a written explanation for return and a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase.

2. All Shipping (including insurance) and handling charges from the Original Invoice of the returned products are non-refundable.

3. The Purchaser is responsible for any shipping and shipping insurance charges for returning the products safely to weightlossmrc.com.

4.  Any reimbursements will be made via the same payment method chosen by the Purchaser when the product was purchased. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
