DIRECTIONS:

1. Place tea bag in a cup.
2. Steep in 6-9 oz. of very hot water for 3-5 minutes.

SUGGESTED USE:

As a soothing tea with a mild laxative effect*, intended for the relief of occasional constipation, take one cup in the evening when required. If the desired effect is not acheived within 24 hours, usage may be increased to every second day to a maximum of three (3) cups per day, to be taken mid-morning, later afternoon, and in the evening.

KEEP IN A COOL DRY PLACE. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OUT CHILDREN; DO NOT GIVE THIS PRODUCT TO CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.

This gentle and soothing laxative tea contains Senna, which is the leaf of Cassia senna (Senna alexandrina). Leaves of this plant have been used for many years as stimulant laxatives, which increase the motility of the large intestine.*

Do not exceed the maximum stated dose, even if the product does not seem to be working. The onset of action of Senna is relatively slow, and overdosing could result in pronounced and prolonged laxation. If no improvement is seen within 2 weeks, consult a physician. This product should not be taken by persons suffering from acute abdominal pain, by pregnant women, or by nursing mothers. If abdominal pain occurs, reduce usage level. Frequent or prolonged use of laxative products may result in dependence.
