Women's Multivitamins
I got along fine with the packets of 4 capsules even though I couldn't take them with just water. I did like the benefits of them. Now I'm trying the tablets, they are so big, I'm having a hard time taking them. If I can choke them down I will finish my bottle but don't think I will purchase them again! I hate when good things get changed!

High Quality
These tablets are a little on the larger side (about as tall as a quarter), but I guess that's what needed to pack as many vitamins and minerals as they do into two tablets? With all of the other supplements and vitamins I take, it's still nicer to have less tablets that are larger than adding more pills to my handful, lol. I love everything that these have in them - they are perfect for my body and needs. I'm going to get the men's formula for my husband!

New formula Horrible!!
I have loved the multivitamins for years, and even continue to order them over 5 years of being in maintenance. The four capsules were easy to swallow and floated to the back of the mouth so taking them was easy, whether I was at home or in a restaurant. Now, they are 2 huge tablets, very thick and sharp edges. I nearly gag or do have every time I take one. I’m scared I may choke! I’ve tried cutting in half, but that just makes them sharper going down the throat. I tried crushing them but not all the Truvia in the world helps with the flavor and the crumbles want to stick in the mouth. I’ve never been so disheartened that a great product could be “improved “ to be the worst. Taking pills is not difficult for me. That’s how huge and bulky they are. Why on earth if MRC was going to change the capsules to tablets that they at least were 4 to 4? Clearly there were 4 for a reason!! Worst part is, I bought two bottles. Cannot wait for them to be gone. And VERy sad to say, after years, will not be ordering them again.

NEW VITAMINS
THE FORMULA WAS CHANGED INSTEAD OF 4 TABS THERE ARE JUST 2 NOW. BUT THEY ARE HUGE TABS, I CANNOT SWALLOW THEM. ANY SUGGESTIONS? I TRIED TO CRUSH THEM AND ADD THEM TO A HOT DRINK. THAT WORKED KINDA, THE PILL DIDN'T DISSOLVE BUT IT WAS A CHUNKY DRINK :/
CAN THEY BE RETURNED? I WON'T BE ABLE TO TAKE ANY LONGER AND I'M SO BUMMED.
