Blessing when traveling
Fat And Carb blocker really helps when you travel and get out of your normal diet routine. I can certainly tell the difference when I take them and when I don’t. Helps digestion. Food won’t weigh you down

Love this stuff! I usually take it when I go out to eat or when I'm going to a friend's for dinner and don't know what they are serving. It has been my savior in some instances!
