It helps
I always take the recommend dosage right before I leave to go to the restaurant and i end up selecting a smaller entree because I am not as hungry. I also get full faster when I take them with lots of water.

My must have travel item

Blessing when traveling
Fat And Carb blocker really helps when you travel and get out of your normal diet routine. I can certainly tell the difference when I take them and when I don’t. Helps digestion. Food won’t weigh you down
