I live the fiber, I’ve never been able to find anything close to it. When I’m traveling, these are easy to take and act as if I ate my fill of veggies.
Fat and Carb blocker is exactly as the Title says. I was on a trip where I couldn’t avoid restaurant food in another country. These worked perfectly for unavoidable meals.

This really helps block carbs. When I take it I don't see a weight gain as I would if not taking it.
