I started taking TOTAL WOMAN for hot flashes I thought I was going to die from (you all know what I mean). It was suggested I start on an anti-depressant, because "it should help". Not being a depressed person, I didn't want to put these chemicals in my body. My friend, who is a pharmacist, recommended this product. I started taking it & within 5 days, no more hot flashes. It is amazing!!

I have recently upgraded from the Enteric Coated Essential Fatty Acid to these pills about a week ago. I love these oil pills more because you only have to take 3 a day, they increase defecation, the healthiness of my skin and nails are 100 times better, and the outer shell of the pill is sweet. My memory is beginning to increase daily and I can recall facts, figures, and information out of nowhere without hesitation. These are worth the extra 10 bucks and you get to use them longer.

I had unreal hot flashes and this product has helped me from always being hot. It is much better than fish oil because it has not only Flax, Omega3 but also Evening Primrose. My hair and skin also has much improved. Wonderful product.
