How does it work?
You'll meet with a dedicated professional health coach weekly via phone or zoom. Your coach will get to know you and your goals, and we'll put together a personalized program that fits your health, dieting history, and lifestyle - on your schedule at your pace. If you're tire of fad diets, extreme calorie deficits, cutting out entire food groups, or having to participant in an unrealistic exercise regimen, then you've come to the right place. Our approach to weight loss and weight management is not any of these things.
Through your one-on-one relationship with your health coach we will:
- Learn about your specific health goals
- Navigate your current health conditions to build a plan that works for you
- Provide a customized menu plan that prioritizes healthy foods and simple meals
- Help you develop an exercise and movement routine that fits your schedule and desired level of activity
