Our Quality Assurance and Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures Include:


Quarantine all incoming raw materials immediately upon receipt from pre-qualified suppliers. Subjecting the quarantined raw materials to analysis prior to their release to production. Analyzing a formulation after blending a product to confirm ingredient accuracy and potency. Conducting in-process inspection throughout manufacturing including fill-weight, hardness, thickness, disintegration and friability, as well as other tests for compliance verification.

Visually inspecting every finished unit dose to prevent the packaging of cosmetically substandard products. Quarantining finished goods until Quality Control chemists complete a final analysis and confirm that the product is 100% correct. Retaining bottled samples, batched records and cGMP documents of each production bath by QA/QC for future reference.

Real time and Accelerated shelf life stability, Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES) for Minerals analysis, Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) for Heavy Metals testing, Disintegration, Fill-weight, hardness, thickness, Fourier transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Microbiological testing, Particle Size Distribution Analysis, Ultraviolet-Visible (UV-VIS) Spectrophotometry, Polarmeter (specific rotation), Muffle Furnace (Moisture testing) and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) for Allergy Testing.

 

The Natural Products Association GMP Certification Program is designed to verify compliance of member suppliers of dietary supplements with a standardized set of good manufacturing practices (GMPs) developed by the Natural Products Association. This program ensures that all elements of the manufacturing process are reviewed to provide reasonable assurance that processes are sufficiently controlled so that products meet their purported quality.
NSF-GFTC is one of the most widely-respected and recognized global third-party certification providers. For more than 60 years, NSF International has been protecting consumers through testing and certifying products, including dietary supplements, cookware, faucets, and home water treatment systems.
Since 1989, QAI has been providing the highest level of organic certification service to its growing number of customers. In keeping with its 'ahead of the curve' reputation, QAI continues to deliver cutting edge certification programs. Currently, QAI offers organic certification under the National Organic Program for Producers, Processors, Private Labelers, Distributors, Retailers, Restaurants, Wild Crop Harvesters, Greenhouse, Mushrooms, and Facilities.
In order to help consumers identify what is natural and maximize their well-being, Natural Products Association supported by leading natural personal care companies has developed a natural standard for personal care products. We are working with manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and the personal care industry at large to define standards and make it easy to identify personal care products that meet that standard.
The American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) is the only national trade association that is focused primarily on herbs and botanicals and herbal products. Founded in 1982, AHPA is the oldest of the non-profit organizations that specializes in service to the herbal industry. It is the voice of the herbal products industry and AHPA's membership represents the finest growers, processors, manufacturers and marketers of botanical and herbal products.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) is part of the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing, and is responsible for regulating therapeutic goods.The TGA evaluates therapeutic goods before they are marketed and monitors products once they are on the market. The TGA also regulates manufacturers of therapeutic goods to ensure they meet acceptable standards of manufacturing quality. It has a team of manufacturing inspectors that audit manufacturing facilities around the world to ensure that products supplied in Australia are of high quality.
