In both vanilla and chocolate flavors, these drinks supply, in a single serving, 35 grams of high-quality protein (we use a whey/dairy base instead of the cheaper and more common soy-based protein). That’s 70% of the current Daily Value (DV) in a single drink!
Though we’ve also included a generous percentage of the DV of a long list of both vitamins and minerals, bear in mind that this is not the drink for a random ‘snack-on-the-go’ (we have several other options for that). This one should be used only as directed in Metabolic Research Center’s accompanying diet plan (and should not be used with diets of less than 400 calories per day without being under medical supervision).
