Recipe: Buffalo Ranch Cauliflower Bites
September 9, 2021

These buffalo ranch cauliflower bites are a delicious AND nutritious way to get in your veggies. This is an incredibly simple low-carb recipe, and with only 3 main ingredients, this side dish will easily be something that you can add into your weekly rotation.
Cauliflower bites are not new, but most recipes out there will call for breading. We have found that coating them with a carbohydrate is not necessary. Without a single bread crumb you can have these bites turn out perfectly crispy in the Air-Fryer or oven!
The two condiments that you will be using for this recipe are Frank’s Buffalo Sauce and Dry Ranch Seasoning. This is what will give our bites a flavorful coating that is sure to help ease those salty, crunchy cravings. We also used a few seasonings, to taste, but which (if any) seasonings you add into your cauliflower bites is entirely up to you!
We served our Buffalo Ranch Cauliflower with a healthy ranch dip. We have included that recipe below in case you want to have a tasty dipping sauce to enjoy along with your bites.
