Domestic Shipping (USA)
All of our orders are shipped via FedEx and are trackable online. Our standard flat-rate shipping is $7.99 per order using FedEx Ground shipping. Orders over $99 ship free.
All orders over $99 receive FREE FedEx Ground shipping. Please note that shipping costs are calculated based on the subtotal of your order AFTER the application of all coupons and discounts.
Please allow between 2-10 business days for FedEx Ground delivery.
Orders generally ship in 1-2 business days, and may ship the same day if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 2:00 p.m. EST. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible, however, part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.
Please note that the first day FedEx picks up your order from our warehouse does not count towards an estimated business day for shipping calculations. On the first day, the package is only picked up and brought to a local FedEx facility for sorting.
Our warehouse is open and processes orders Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are fulfilled on the following Monday. Our warehouse does close for select holidays throughout the year. These closures may slightly delay order fulfillment.
Special Delivery Requests
If you have a special delivery request you must make that request directly with FedEx. Once your order ships and you receive your tracking number, click on the tracking link and then on that page click on the purple button that says "Customize Delivery". From there you will be given the option to do things like Hold At a Location (free) which can be either your local FedEx office or Walgreens, Albertsons or Kroger, or Provide Delivery Instructions (free). You may need to sign up for a free FedEx Delivery Manager account to make these requests or changes. If you require an address change for your order, then you must contact the Metabolic Web Store, email@example.com. Please note that FedEx charges a fee for address changes.
Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address entered at checkout on your order. The Metabolic Web Store and FedEx are not responsible for packages delivered to addresses that were entered incorrectly by a customer, whether by accident or intentional. Please carefully review the invoice emailed to you after placing your order. A fee will be charged for address changes while an order is in transit via FedEx.
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/Armed Forces/Military Base addresses at this time.
At this time, we are only able to accept and ship orders within the United States (USA). We are not able to accept or process any international orders. At this time we are also unable to ship to the state of CA. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with placing an order to CA.
