Protein powders are a great way to incorporate more protein into your diet, but sometimes the same old "protein shake" can get repetitive, dull, and drawn out. Shake up your usual protein routine with these quick and easy protein bites! These fun-sized bites pack at least 15g of protein to help you start your day of right and feel full and satisfied until lunch. You'll find our favorite ways to dress up traditional vanilla and chocolate protein powders without requiring hours of prep and use healthy ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen pantry! So whether you're getting in more protein to build muscle, lose weight, or simply have a more balanced daily diet, there's something for everyone to love with these simple and delicious protein bite recipes!

BANANA NUT PROTEIN BITES
- 1 packet MRC Vanilla Creme Pudding protein powder
- ½ oz. walnuts, chopped
- 2 TBSP uncooked oats
- ½ banana, mashed
- ¼ tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1-2 TBSP water

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, adding water 1 TBSP at a time, until evenly combined and you achieve a very thick consistency. Wet hands slightly with water, roll into equal sized balls, and place on a plate or tray. Sprinkle with or roll in additional chopped walnuts (optional) and let chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Note: these balls are a little stickier. You could also roll the balls in extra Vanilla Creme Protein powder to reduce stickiness.
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BITES
- 1 packet MRC Double Chocolate Pudding protein powder
- 2 TBSP dried oats
- 1 TBSP natural peanut butter
- 3-4 TBSP water

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until evenly combined and you achieve a very thick consistency. Wet hands slightly with water, roll into equal sized balls, and place on a plate or tray. Sprinkle with some oats (optional) and let chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes.

LEMON CREAM PIE PROTEIN BITES
- 1 packet MRC Vanilla Creme Pudding protein powder
- ½ lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 TBSP uncooked oats
- ¼ tsp. Lemon extract
- 1-2 TBSP water
Mix pudding powder, lemon juice, oats, and lemon extract in a bowl. Add the water ½ - 1 TBSP at a time until you achieve a very thick (almost cookie-dough like) consistency. Wet hands slightly with water, roll into equal sized balls, and place on a plate or tray. Sprinkle with lemon zest and let chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
VANILLA ALMOND CHIA PROTEIN BITES
- 1 packet MRC Vanilla Creme Pudding protein powder
- 2 TBSP dried oats
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- ¼ tsp. almond extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 3-4 TBSP water
