Carmel Nut bars are really best frozen
I love to freeze the Carmel Nut bars. These are great snacks when you feel like having a treat. Because they are frozen it takes longer to eat. So you feel like you have had a really yummy treat.

change ingredients
why are you going to soy protein rather than whey protein. I like the products but my body doesn't tolerate soy protein.
