DIRECTIONS

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule three times a day about 1/2 hour before eating a meal.

I've taken this before, absolutely love that it doesn't have caffeine or anything that will give jitters or heart issues. It does take a few weeks to really get in your system but it doesn't hurt my stomach either which is a plus. I truly enjoy this product! Thank you so so much! ??
