These are my husband's favorite bars while eating one every morning and a protein drink later in the day helped him lose weight with out feeling hungry.

I tried these for the first time last week and I love them. They are great for a meal replacement when I'm traveling or in a hurry and don't have time to prepare ahead of time. I have them for breakfast with a decaf Americano and a high nutrient drink. I love them and will be buying more!

What a great supplement to add to the mix! At a little higher on the calorie count, with 200 calories per package, these wafers make it worth it. The provide a carby-crispness many of us are missing out on, and the bottom is coated in thick chocolate, in addition to the chocolate drizzle on top. These are also bigger than the meal bars, and depending on your diet, it would be easy to have half (100 cal) at one sitting, and the other at another (they come conveniently packaged this way, with two square wafers per foil.)
