DIRECTIONS

Empty contents of one packet into a blender or shaker bottle.
Add 2 cups (500ml) of cold water and blend at high speed or shake for 30 seconds.

I use the very high protein shake when I can't get a meal in. The taste of it is excellent. It does not leave an aftertaste. I highly recommend you try it, as you will not be disappointed. I have tried both the vanilla and the chocolate, and both are great.

Good for many things!
Love the taste of these shakes! I use it alone or as a creamer in my coffee or add other ingredients for a delicious smoothie that keeps me full and energized!
