DIRECTIONS
  1. Empty the contents of one packet into a cup or bowl.

  2. Add 4oz (120ml) of cold water.

  3. Mix rapidly with a spoon until smooth; thickens upon standing (1-3 minutes).

I love this pudding. It gives me a nice snack but not the empty calories or sugars like other snacks. I put this in the freezer for a bit and it makes it seem as though I am eating a bowl of ice cream.

I love the chocolate pudding I use it for my snack at night instead of eating chips or eating ice cream. I sometimes freeze it so it seems like ice cream.
You still need to eat correctly besides having this as a treat.
