DIRECTIONS
  1. Empty the contents of one packet into a cup or bowl.

  2. Add 4oz (120ml) of cold water.

  3. Mix rapidly with a spoon until smooth; thickens upon standing (1-3 minutes).

Yummy! Mix with just a bit of water and it takes on the consistency of real fudge.

I love this product because it takes away my chocolate craving and it's like real desert. It lets me have something sweet without feeling guilty. I think MRC's weight loss products are the best!

I love this pudding because it takes care of my chocolate craving. I eat it whenever I feel a desert craving coming on. It works with the plan so well. Weight comes off easier.
