DIRECTIONS

Suggested Use: Adults take 1 capsule three times a day about 1/2 hour before eating a meal.

Product is good, but site is misleading. Why were the other sizes not displayed clearly. I paid more than I should have to get the quantity I needed. Extremely frustrating.
